We offer a continuation policy for those learners who have not successfully
completed the online content during their initial 18 month access period.
There are four discounted continuation packages offered. A learner's option is
dependent on amount of time they feel is needed to complete the remaining course work.
Find your continuation option in the chart below by selecting the number of
months.
Learners must be aware that this is not an "extension" of their course content.
No extensions or 'push back' of start date allowed other than the
re-enrollments outlined in the continuation policy. No exceptions-including
medical and financial-shall be made.

*By enrolling in a payment plan over multiple months, you authorize BIF to automatically charge your credit card every month until the tuition is paid in full. You also agree to make all the payments every three months until the full tuition is paid off. Discontinuation of payment will result in immediately suspension of access and withholding of transcripts and certificate of completion.
Continuation Policy FAQ
What if I do not complete within my 18 month continuation policy
access period?
There is only one 18 month continuation allowed per student. If a student
does not complete within the additional access period, they will be able to
purchase for the best retail price.
Do I have to pay the full continuation package price up front?
There are no payment plans for continuation packages. However, you can choose to purchase the package for lesser time multiple times.
I have 6 courses remaining; may I purchase six one-course packages?
Yes, you can purchase one-course package multiple times. You will be given three month access to the course you request. Please note that you must have previously expired access to the course that you wish to continue.
When do I purchase the continuation package?
You may purchase your continuation package after your original
course access period expires. You will not be able to purchase continuation for course(s) while they are still active.
Does the 30-day refund apply when I purchase the continuation policy?
No, you do not have any refund options when you purchase a continuation package. The refund policy only applies to first-time students.
How do I purchase the continuation package?
After your expiration, you will have the option (upon logging in to
your account) to purchase your specific course continuation package. For
purchase assistance, please call our customer service department at
