Boston University Online Program for Financial Planning Refund Policy
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your learning experience. If
you need to cancel your enrollment for any reason however, we will grant
refunds* within 15 days** of purchase.
No refunds will be granted after 15 days** from the date of purchase. No
exceptions (including medical, financial or any other reason) will be made.
Refunds are granted to first-time students only. Re-enrollments, extensions,
and continuation packages are non-refundable.
To request a refund you must fill out the Refund Request Form located on the My
Account page under the My Personal Info tab.
