How does the program work?
All you need is a computer and an Internet connection. First, visit the Wiley CPA e-Prep homepage and sign up by creating your account. You will receive an e-mail confirmation within a few minutes. Next, log on and access our premium prep materials thousands of questions, unlimited practice exams, real-time scoring and stats. You can cancel, suspend or renew your account anytime.
What prep work do I need before I begin the course?
It is critical that you follow the guidelines outlined in the Success Path. Wiley CPA e-Prep offers effective reinforcement to textbooks, and both self-study and classroom preparation.
How often are the Wiley CPA e-Prep materials updated?
All review materials are routinely updated along with the semi-annual changes to the Wiley print review materials.
When should I begin studying for the exam?
Preparation is key when it comes to preparing and passing a strenuous exam like the CPA. Allow yourself at least three months or more test prep time to study for each section. Do not procrastinate; time management is crucial. Preparing sufficiently for each aspect of the CPA exam will enhance your odds greatly. See our Success Path for an ideal study plan.

How will the charge appear on my account?
The charge will show up as Boston Test Prep on your credit card statement.
Subscription policy
Renewals
If you choose our subscription option, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your free trial period and each month thereafter. The subscription fee will be charged to the credit card that you used at registration. If you receive a new credit card number, change your billing address or would like to use a different card, you can simply update your billing information in the "My Account" section of the site.
Suspends
Going on vacation? Busy during tax season? Not a problem. You can suspend your account once per year and for a period no greater than one month. Simply go to the "My Account" section of your student homepage and follow the instructions.
Cancellations
You've passed the exam and are ready to end your subscription? No problem, you can cancel your account at any time. Simply go to the "My Account" section of your student homepage and follow the instructions.
If you cancel your subscription during any offered free trial period, your access will simply end at the expiration of your free trial period, and your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel your month-to-month subscription, access will end at the expiration of the period for which you've already paid. Of course, no further charges will be posted to your credit card account. Your account will be saved for one year and you can renew your account at any time.
Refunds
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your learning experience. In fact, we offer a no risk guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and are within 15 days of purchase, we will refund you 100% of your purchase price.
There are no refunds after the first 15 days from the day of purchase.

Are there any pre-requisites to subscribe to the Wiley CPA e-Prep website?
No prior requirements are necessary; anyone may register for the program.
Do you accept international students?
Yes. Keep in mind that this program is for the Uniform CPA Examination and all content is in English.
I purchased a subscription, and I need a receipt to submit to my company for reimbursement. Where can I find that information?
You can find all of your account information in “My Account.” Your order history can be printed by clicking “View Order History.”
I registered and never had a chance to access the CPA e-Prep website. Can I reset my start date?
Unfortunately you cannot reset your start date, but you can always suspend your subscription. See directions above for "Can I suspend my subscription?"

Technical Questions
What type of software do I need?
All you need is a computer and Internet access. The course will work with the following: 56k modem with a dial-up connection and higher; Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 and higher; Netscape Navigator 6.2 and higher; Macromedia Flash 5.0 and higher. Pop-up blockers must be disabled.

Can I access the CPA e-Prep site with a Macintosh?
Yes, you can use a Macintosh to access the website. You will need to access the information using a Netscape browser. The downloadable simulations can only be installed on a Windows (98 or later) operating system.
What happens if I move to a new location?
No problem. You can continue with Wiley CPA e-Prep as long as you have access to the Internet.
Can I stop an exam, exit and return later to the place I left off?
Unfortunately, once you exit the exam you will need to restart it the next time you log in.
I forgot my password, what can I do?
Go to the "Click to Login" button, then click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link and enter the e-mail address you used at registration. Your password will be e-mailed to you in just a few minutes.
I don't remember which email I used to register.
