Subscription Policy

Renewals
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your free trial period and each month thereafter. The subscription fee will be charged to the credit card that you used at registration. If you receive a new credit card number, change your billing address or would like to use a different card, you can simply update your billing information in the "My Account" section of the site.

Suspends
Going on vacation? Busy during tax season? Not a problem. You can suspend your account once per year and for a period no greater than one month. Simply go to the "My Account" section of your student homepage and follow the instructions.

Cancellations
You've passed the exam and are ready to end your subscription? No problem, you can cancel your account at anytime. Simply go to the "My Account" section of your student homepage and follow the instructions.

If you cancel your subscription during the free trial period, your access will simply end at the expiration of your free trial period, and your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel your month-to-month subscription, access will end at the expiration of the period for which you've already paid. Of course, no further charges will be posted to your credit card account. Your account will be saved for one year and you can renew your account at anytime.

Refunds
There are no refunds for reoccurring subscriptions.

We are confident that you will be satisfied with your learning experience. In fact, we offer a no risk guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and are within 15 days of purchase, we will refund you 100% of your purchase price.
