CFP® Education for non-CPAs

Can I skip CFP® coursework if I’m a CPA, CFA®, CIMA®, or CLU®?
Yes. CFP Board’s Accelerated Path allows qualifying professionals to skip most standard coursework. You’ll still need to complete the Capstone course and pass the CFP® Exam. BIF offers optional courses to help fill knowledge gaps before exam day.
What’s included in the CPA Accelerated Path Bundle?
Six courses: four optional foundation courses, the required Capstone course, and Premium BIF Review for exam prep.
How long does the CFP® Capstone course take?
Most students finish in about two weeks. The course is 100% online and includes three months of access.
