The Accelerated Path is CFP Board's option that lets professionals with certain existing designations (CPA, CFA®, CIMA®, or CLU®) skip most of the standard CFP® coursework requirement. BIF's Accelerated Path bundles combine optional foundation-building courses, the required Capstone course, and The Premium BIF Review to help you prepare for the areas the CFP® Exam still covers in full, even if your coursework requirement is reduced.

Can I skip CFP® coursework if I'm a CPA, CFA®, CIMA®, or CLU®?

Yes. CFP Board's Accelerated Path lets holders of these designations bypass most of the standard coursework requirement. How long does the CFP® Capstone course take to complete?

The Capstone course is 100% online with 3 months of access, and most students complete it within about 2 weeks.

How much does the CFP® Accelerated Path cost?

Pricing depends on how much support you need. The Capstone course alone is $695. A Capstone + Premium BIF Review bundle is $2,195 (reduced from $2,490).
